We collect information about you when you request quotes from us and engage us for creative services.

Where we use your personal information in regard to recruitment it will be in connection with us taking steps at your request, to enter a contract we may have with you, or it is in our legitimate interest to use personal information to make the best recruitment decisions for me&dave.

We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with us. We reserve the right to retain data for longer than this due to the possibility that it may be required for future collaboration.

We hold personal information we have processed as part of providing the Services to any client or supplier, we will retain relevant personal information for at least six years from the date of our last interaction with that client. We may then destroy such files without further notice or liability. If personal information is only useful for a short period e.g. for specific marketing campaigns we may delete it sooner than stated above, without further notice or liability.
