Brief
Mount Anvil tasked me&dave to create a compelling suite of communication to market these architecturally striking apartments and central landscaped gardens.
Creative solution
Inspired by the visual and verbal language of the local scene, me&dave have created a striking brand image that is both sophisticated and on trend.
A traditional brochure was replaced with a satin debossed tin holding three booklets all featuring bold saturated photography. The Marketing Suite was also given a new approach, a visual and conversational environment where walls feature raised typographic statements and bright wallpapers, double height windows feature full bleed duo trans and perspex screens fall from the ceiling.
Integrated with a targeted advertising campaign and a sales driven website, the result is a consistent campaign that gives the development personality and standout.
