Brief – East End meets City
To provide a solution to market a prime EC2 City fringe, red brick conversion development. To seek a tone of voice that would captivate the Old Street and Shoreditch audience whist remaining desirable to the city’s financiers. To complete within 8 weeks for an overseas launch.
Creative solution – bridging the gap
me&dave chose a raw yet refined approach with an authoritative ‘slab serif’ typeface that linked the warehouse exterior with a sleek, modern specification to appeal to both the East End and City audiences. A turquoise and black palette and bold horizontal bands make a striking backdrop to the grainy and atmospheric photography and graphics.
