Brief - from quality builder to progressive developer

To define a clear and compelling brand that identifies Mount Anvil as ‘Best in Class’ in a crowded property development market. To endorse the evolution from a quality builder to a progressive developer. To be bold, innovative and to create an approachable and emotional connection with the savvy London audience.

Creative solution – easing the transition 

me&dave created an identity that championed design and architecture through a stacking typographic wordmark. Expressed in a modern typeface and using a sophisticated and vibrant palette, the wordmark was a deliberate step away from its corporate competitors. It symbolised Mount Anvil’s progressive approach and connected more directly to its new consumer audience. The wordmark would be accompanied by the line ‘Mount Anvil: Building your London’ – a confident claim that captured the business’s ongoing commitment to the London house buyer.
