Client - Brookfield Europe
With the Pinnacle, Emirates Towers and Wembley Stadium firmly under their belt, Brookfield turned their sights on the regeneration of London’s Elephant and Castle with this striking £114 million landmark scheme.
Brief – to capture the aspirations of a global audience
Strata sold out in 2007 although 52 apartments were returned to the market. Brookfield, together with sales agent Savills, commissioned a four way creative pitch to embody the spirit of central London’s tallest and most iconic residential tower through international launches in Singapore and Hong Kong.
Creative solution – rising above the competition
me&dave’s redesign resulted in a cleaner and stronger marketing campaign whilst retaining the integrity of the original brand. Strata was positioned as a premium development with an impeccable pedigree endorsed by comments from the Mayor of London, the architect and the press.
Comment - Mark Davis, Creative Partner, me&dave
The marketing collateral was able to utilise the experience of an existing, living building and include references from residents, admirers and critics. The outcome was an authentic account of life in one of London’s most iconic residential towers.
