To provide the marketing collateral for a luxury new build scheme of 35 apartments on Palace Street, Westminster. To be launched initially to investors in South East Asia, prior to the UK.
Creative solution – rubbing shoulders with royalty
Appointed on recommendation, me&dave devised a simple marketing proposition: live in a contemporary London apartment just 200 metres from the Queen. The collateral was designed using an appropriately rich and regal colour palette of claret and gold. The marketing material was populated with elegant and classic photography of Westminster’s historic landmarks and featured Nicky Haslam designed show homes.
The overseas launch was hugely successful selling approximately 60% over two weekends.
