The leading edge of a wider regeneration project in Lisson Grove, Carrick Yard had to remain sensitive to the proud existing community while appealing to a new cohort of residents.

Creating a series of ‘overheard-style’ quotes inspired by real conversations, we wove a vocal fabric representing the area’s diversity, personality and energy to celebrate what’s already here as well as what’s coming.
