The first residential address to launch at the regenerated King’s Cross, we had to marry the history of the area with the quality of the living spaces and the parkside setting.
Driven by the concept of ‘Design meets Park’ and the mantra of ‘Form follows Function’, we created highly stylised model shots fusing flora with fashion and referencing the materiality of the design.
